Refund Policy
All sales from YL STUDIO LLC are considered to be final.
We have chosen to enforce a FINAL SALE POLICY in response to COVID-19 until further notice.
YL STUDIO LLC will only accept exchanges for products damaged transit, or if the incorrect item(s) was shipped.
If you receive a defective item, we will replace it with the same item in the same size, if available. If the defective item is sold out, we will issue a full refund.
To be eligible for a defective item exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please follow the following steps:
- You must email us at hello@ylstudiogreek.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery with "Exchange Request - Full Name" in the subject line. Include the following:
- Your order number
- Reason for return within the email and a picture of the damaged product.
- Upon receipt of your email we will confirm your exchange request is processed. You will be required to first ship back the damaged/incorrect item. If a replacement item is unavailable, we will refund the purchase price.
Canceling an Order: Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled.
Price Adjustments: Price adjustments are not available on any purchase.
Sale Items: All sale item purchases are final.
Pricing: All prices are in U.S. dollars.
