If you have questions specifically pertaining to your order, send an email with your full name, order number, and question to hello@ylstudiogreek.com and someone from our team will assist you. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for a response.

Orders

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?


Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?


Orders are shipped from our facility 7-10 business days after your order has been processed. This does not include delivery time. Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing delays in shipping.

I SELECTED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN THIS BE CHANGED?

Due to the pace of our business, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed.

Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size and color of your items, as no changes can be made once an order has been placed. Order errors will result in cancellation.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, CAN THIS BE CHANGED?

Please check your shipping address for accuracy before finalizing your purchase. For any reason a shipping address is incorrect, this cannot be changed and this will result in order cancellation.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We do not accept cancellations. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size and color of your items.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at hello@ylstudiogreek.com indicating the issue along with a photo of the damaged product(s). We will validate your claim and send you instructions on how to return your damaged goods for a replacement.

Please note that we will replace it with the same item in the same size, if available. If the defective item is sold out, we will issue a full refund. Return shipping costs are covered due to an error on our part. Once we receive your exchange request, we will email you a return label.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

HOW MUCH DOES STANDARD SHIPPING COST?

The rate for standard shipping varies depending on the number of items ordered.



I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ITEM, HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once orders leave our care the package is in the care of the postal handler. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

MY TRACKING IS SAYING MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER, CAN YOU SHIP IT BACK OUT?

Any item returned to our location due to an incorrect address entered at checkout by the customer will not, under any circumstance, be re-shipped back out to the customer. These instances will be treated as a standard return for store credit only

WHY IS MY PACKAGE SHOWING AS STILL IN TRANSIT?

YL Studio cannot provide additional shipping information beyond what's provided through tracking numbers once it is in the carrier's possession. Once an item is in transit, there is no action we can take to expedite the delivery process. If you believe the package to be lost or stolen, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Product

ARE WEBSITE COLORS ACCURATE?

Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors and phone screens displaying colors differently. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENTS?

Turn garments inside out. Machine wash cold. Use gentle cycle.

Do not iron the printed or embroidered areas.

Avoid drying your garments in a dryer, as this type of drying can be damaging. Instead, lay flat.

If you do choose to use a dryer (at your own risk), tumble dry on low heat setting and remove immediately.
